Private sessions and semi-private (2 people) sessions at convenient times are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. Choose from a wide variety of general and specialized training packages to match your specific fitness goals.

The primary goal of the Personal Fitness Training program is to offer the education, motivation and support you need to make fitness an important part of your lifestyle.

General Training Packages
Perfect for those new to Personal Training, these packages are available in 6, 12, 18, or 24 session options, fully customized to fit your specific fitness goals.

Specialized Training Packages
Designed to help you get the most from Personal Training, these packages include pre and post assessments to chart your progress.
  • Weight loss
    Receive the personal attention you need to burn fat and increase lean body mass. Your trainer will monitor your nutrition, cardio, and strength training routines to help you achieve your ideal weight goals.

  • Women's Strength Jump Start
