Mission Bay
A new housing complex providing 431 apartments for up to 753 students andpost doctoral scholars (singles and families) is currently under construction at theUniversity of California, San Francisco's Mission Bay Campus. Scheduled to open in fall 2005, the four-building housing facility is located at Third and 13th Streets at the main plaza entrance to the new life sciences campus for teaching, research and health. Approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space is available for lease and tenant proposals are now being accepted for consideration.
